Connect your PCI card to the Fortec receiver LNB out. Remember turn off the lnbf power for your PCI. If it does not allow you to do so, use a DC blocker to block the DC from your PCI card to your Fortec receiver.
Yes, you can watch 2 different channels as long as they are on the same polarity (Horizontal or Vertical)
The Fortec receiver serves as a master one which controls the polarities.
