Will this work with DishNetwork and/or Bell ExpressVu? Thanks

TH can get a lock with any DVB/MPEG2 sat providers such as DishNet/XpressVu. But it will not get you any pay channels, meaning if there are any FTA DishNet/XpressVu channels, you can watch them with a TH.
DishNEt/XpressVu require to use their receivers to get their subscription.
