WIll this card receive starchoice?

On the star choice Anik F1 sat, their are a few channels that are not encrypted. Will I be able to receive them with this card??

I kind of doubt it because StarChoice uses Digicipher II rather than DVB. But I bet the card will pull in the few FTA channels on ExpressVu (198 and 199, etc).
