new, and Need Help with My Sat Card

Hello There,
i'm From Egypt, got a VisionPlus Pci Card yesterday and setup it.
i got somthing real strange i got a still images only, and no sound

i don't know wut i can do :roll:

plz plz plz if there's anyone can help me here

This is strange, ie several people having this same problem within a short time. (Ie look back a few messages in this forum and you'll see similar symptoms).
As a temporary cure, I'd suggest downloading one of the other 3rd party programs, like DVBAPPS ( http://www.dvbapps.com/ ). There are 2 or 3 other similar programs. These will probably work better and be more user friendly. However I'd still recommend that you keep trying to get the program that comes with the Twinhan card working, because it does have some advantages, namely with respect to scheduling recordings, and more importantly with respect to using hardware rather than software decoding. However DVBAPPS will get you up and running rather than fighting with the card, while you learn how to use it.
