How to add Galaxy 13/Horizons 1?

I downloaded latest TwinhanDTV 2.432. I can't find Galaxy 13/Horizons 1 in the satellite list. How to add it into the list so that I can point my dish to it? SatcoDX CDROM might be able to do it but I don't have one.

I haven't used the software in a while, but I thought there is a button to upgrade from SatcoDx online!?

There is update button, but no indication where updating from. It seems to me it is updating from Twinhan. No change is found after updating.
