Newbie Question

I have installed a 1020a and seem to have it working ok in most programs.. my problem is signal strength. I have a 24" dish pointed @ 119 Echostar direct.

when I plug a Dishnet ird it shows 112% signal, my digital meter shows 99% for both PQ and SS. however the 1020a only shows 57% SS and 60% PQ.

Is there something I am missing or is this normal for a 1020a? or PCI cards in general?

It's normal. PQ and SS on different devices are generally not the same.
