Hot Bird 2 at 13.0°E

Is it posible to receive a signal from Hot Bird 2 at 13.0°E from east coast USA. Anyone tried?

Maybe if Earth was flat Now I see why they prosecuted lunatics that claimed that the Earth was round.

Seriously though, the furthest east you will get is most likely T12 and Atlantic Bird 1 (and maybe 2). More east you go, less and less satelites point to US, even if realistically your dish could point to it. Check out lyngsat and sadoun's calculator. If your elavation for a satellite is less then 5-10, you might have trouble. And on lyngsat look for satelites that say they have a Nort American or Americas beam.
