Linux program

I have a Twinhan DVB-s PCI card and would like to get it to work with linux
I read on Sadoun.com that this card sopports Linux
Does it ?
Where can i get the software for it?

I am running a celeron 2.6g with 1 gig of memory and 117 gig hd
Os is Fedora core3 test 3
if there is another version of linux that supports this card better i am open to try it

(the PCI card works fine under windows)
