twinhan 1020A installation issue

I have read a lot of posts. But obviously I havenot read all of them. If anyone know this issue, please shed a light for me.

I plugged in the 1020a and started my machine. w2k popup a window saying new device is found. I installed the 1020A driver, everything works fine. but next time when I reboot the machine, w2k still popup a window saying "a new device is found". I checked with driver manager, this pci device has a yellow question mark. So I downloaded the newest driver(2.421) from twinhan website and updated the driver from device manager. But it did not help. Anyone can help me on this?

I haven't experienced the symptoms you describe, but I had a somewhat related problem once, and there was a fellow from Twinhan on the forum who suggested completely un-installing the software/drivers, then re-installing them. Ie not just trying to re-install the drivers. This seemed to work for my problem.
