Good question. I don't know enough to have any idea. However I assume that the VisionDTV software that will come with it will only do SD, which is why I was asking about DVBAPPS. But perhaps this is a limitation that will make it impossible for DVBAPPS to do HD??? I guess we need one of the programmers to answer that one.
However my feeling is that if it can handle the SR and get the overall data streams into the computer, that the processing to either SD or HD is all done in the computer, and wouldn't depend on the USB transfer. Ie the SRs of the HD stuff is often no higher than that of SD stuff, so if it can handle the SD, I'd think it could handle the HD. But that's a complete guess on my part.
