How to download channel schedules

Hi gang, I have just set up mytheatre, and I can not get my channel listings. Does anyone have any suggestions?

hyku;how big is your HD?you need a 10G to use the EPG,or you can fill up the disc.The EPG should be in your sat files,but I cannot give you a step by step,cuz I don't know what you are using.It is a pain in the rear,and not worth the effort.
