i am new and need to know if an 18 " dish will pick up fta signals if not what is good to buy dish and lnb to purchase :?:

will;...did you find the info you needed?I have a larger dish w/motor and universal lnb I'm not using and can ship to you(this is needed for FTA sats like amc ,galaxy,and pansat) Let me know what your status is.

I though Pansat was only a receiver brand do they also have a sat in the sky?

Panamsat(panamanian satellite)...you'll have to check lyngsat for the true name of the bird.
