Help! Problems with my VisionPlus VP1030 PCI+CI card

Hiya - help!

I have installed the supplied blue VisionPlus VP1030 PCI+CI card into my puter as per instructions. However, when I launch the software I get an error message "LNB Power On Error"

I have changed the board to four different PCI slots and get the same message.

I have used the recommended eraser on the contacts with no success

I have measured the voltage at the LNB and it would appear to be around 20V DC.

There are no other boards installed. I have freshly installed both XP and 2K with no success.

(The LNB is working fine as I've tested it with a Technisat card)

My configuration is:

Motherboard: Asus A7N8X nForce2 chipset
Graphics: Sparkle Ti4200 nVidia chipset
Memory: 1Gb DDR400
Chip: Athlon 3000+
OS: Win XP Pro build 2600

No other boards installed, no other software running and not a Via chip in sight.....

Cheers, Steve
