Help.....lnb and the setting on progdvb

I have a nexuspci and been playing FTA for few day , i am getting all the channal i wanted on C band "i use old dtv lnb with my 76cm dish"
Yesterday I tried to point my dish to T5"97" Satmex"116.8" and AMC4"101" those sat.I replace my old dtv universal lnd with Ku lnbf on my 76cm dish. I got no signal at all eventhough i lock my dish on prefect position.
So i think i might have a bad Ku lnb.

Question
1, what kind of lnb is good for T5"97" Satmex"116.8" and AMC4"101", i mean which one should i buy.

2, What is the setting Lof1,se, lof2,on progdvb for T5"97" Satmex"116.8" and AMC4"101"

3, if you go to http://xxx.lyngsat.com/america.html on the bottom of the page say "
Colour codes on this regional index: no data/L/S band C band C & Ku band Ku band moving" what do they mean...C band i know i have to use C band lnb to get channal, Ku i have to use Ku lnbf to get channal...What about "C band & Ku band" such as 123???????what does it mean....it mean i can use either lnd to get same channals. i know sound stupid but i really confuse...

"C and KU band" simply means the satellite beams both C and KU band signals. "Moving" means the satellite is being moved to another oribital position and is not active.

As for the type of KU band LNB; there are many good ones. The trick is knowing whether it is "universal" or "standard"; then, in the Twinhan setup, if you have a universal LNB you set the L.O. frequency to 10,600 MHz, if you have a standard LNB you set the frequency to 10,750 MHz.
