? What signal are you trying to tune, on what sat?
C12 probably refers to transponder 12 on C band, but you will need both the frequency and the SR, and need to know what satellite. Transponder 12 will be approx 3940, but could be anything near that, so you need more info.
What kind of dish and lnb do you have?
