1030a CAM cards, how and where?

Ok I'm still a bit confused about this. First I looked at Packages for America at lyngsat. I was interested in the Express Vu packages on Nimiq1(would like to get package with GSN). So being in the USA is this something that I could subscribe to if I had a 1030a? How would I go about doing it? Thanks

Expressvu won't let you subscribe with anything that's not its receivers.
