HH100 motor problem

I have a Twinhan VP1020a and HH100 motor from Sadoun. The VP1020a seems to work OK on a fixed dish but I can't get it to move my HH100 dish. I tell it to move east or west and it does nothing. Power is passed to the LNBs, however. USALS or Diseq neither work.
How can I test further? What am I missing?
Thanks.

Check your connectors & PC power supply. Make sure you have goof F-connectors on the cables. The PC power supply should have enough power to provide for the motor. 350Watts plus would be recommended.

I have found that the motor will turn if LNBs are not connected. I will try to replace the computer or power supply this weekend. I do have a long run, about 125 feet, with new cable and connectors. Measured resistance in the cable is less than 2 ohms.
