Can the TH1020A do a Blind search and contol the motor?

Hello,
I am all new to this but I would like to get the Pc version (PVR mainly) Th1020A package. I would like to know if it can work like the FS-II where it can search for hidden channels and lock on different satellites.

Blind search = No
Control motor (Diseqc h-h mount) = Yes.

Is there a pc card that can do a blind search or I have to get the standalone receiver?

you will have to get a stand alone reciever
