The DVB PCI cards are for FTA only. If you want Echostar (DISH NETWORK) you should subscribe and get a receiver. It is very reasonable monthly rate.

If you are trying to get Echostar without paying, then that is stealing and it is not condoned here. Read our forums rules.

DishNet will not allow you to use their card with PCI. The bottom line is you can't get DishNet using PCI card legally.

NSS 806 FTA

I would like to watch some FTA programming on the NSS 806 satellite which is 40.5° West and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Can anybody tell me what do I have to buy for my PC (card and receiver) as well as what type of satellite dish should I have to buy to watch the FTA channels of this satellite?
Thanks

PowerVu encryption

I want to subscribe to ESPN Latin America which is being broadcasted in the NSS 806 channel and this program/package says that is encripted with the PowerVu system, does anybody knows what does this mean? If so, what do I have to do to get this signal?
Thanks
