What's difference WinDTV vs VisionDTV ?

I was looking on the Twinhan web page for an udated version of the WinDTV software. I initially downloaded the SDK (I assume software development kit?... how useful is this???), thinking it was WinDTV, but now I see that they have a WinDTV 2.2 there, but they also have something called VisionDTV, with versions up to 2.41 .
Is VisionDTV just an updated version of WinDTV, or is it something else? Does it work with the sat card, or is it only for terrestrial or something? Has anyone used it who can comment?

VisionDTV is only for vp-1020A and vp-1030A and not supported for vp-1020
the twinhan team won`t support old users that had vp1020 or vp-1030 and this is so bad !! :evil:
