new to Chinese FTA channels

Hi all, i am from los angeles. I just got a fortec ultra and with standard dish my friend had given me. i want the chinese channels. We are in the SG Valley. I have all the premium channels and so forth, but i want to get chinese channels next to KSCI or whatever. I want ATV and other ones such as JADE or other local chinese channels probably provided by Adelphia? I believe they have something such as JADE but forgot what it was exactly. Any ideas how I can get that? Once i see those longitude and lattitude stuff freaks me out. But I am currently bidding for a bigger 31inch Ku dish...onc I install that Ku band dish, would i lose all my PPV and sports channel on my current one since I dont want to mount 2 dishes in my roof. Please if anyone can help me out, i would greatly appreciate it. I have seen that nobody has posted here for the past few months.
