Toronto, Ontario with a 95 cm dish but an 80 cm will work; should be OK for Vancouver. Did you make sure your receiver has the active transponders for ETTV?

Totonto for ia5 is 48dbw, van is 46dbw according to lyn, I have tried my 76cm and 0.3db lnb, I can get qual=55 for NTD, I know the ettv is weaker, what the qulity reading for 90cm dish in Toro?, may for 80cm still ok in there,

For Toronto a 80 cm dish brings in about 35-45 quality levels while a 90 cm dish ups it to around 70-80. Huge difference.
