TVB Hong Kong Channels

Hi

I'm from Canada, Edmonton. Can anyone tell me where I can get the Hong Kong Jade channels, such as the TVB channels. If we can even get them?

DirecTV i believe.. on 110 location (if the memory serves me correct)..

Have to subscribe though.. and not so easy from Canada.. - might require brokers, etc..

Not sure now if it's available at DISH Network... they got bunch of chinese channels available for subscription in the 700s channels range..
