Questions on Receiver, Dish for Galaxy 3C

I am new to FTA. I would like to get the FTA Chinese Channels in Galaxy 3C (CCTV4, CCTV9, CCTVE&F and Phoenix). I have some questions:
- Are these channels really “Free”?
- How is “Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra FTA Receiver”? Can it do the job?
- Can I make use of my DirecTV 18x20 Oval Dish and the 3LNB?
as I am not going to use it any more.
Thanks, cnfmsu

No this dish you have too small. You will need the 80cm dish that comes with the S-1 system.
