Is there a way to preprogram 10R?

Has anyone been able to lock the 10R? I have been trying all day with no luck. Is there anyway to preprogram the receiver with the 10R channels. Thats how I get T5 to lock. I just set it on the channel and move the dish a little at a time untill I recieve it. I am not in the best of areas for reception and I think a lot of the signals on the sat meter are splatter from trees. However when I get T5 locked I get a great picture. Also can someone tell me if Galaxy 10 on the reciever is 10R or do I need a software load?

Galaxy 10 on your receiver should work fine. Make sure the transponder freq, SR, polarity, and FEC match what is listed on Lyngsat.

Make sure your Pole where you mount your dish is 100% vertical. Also, go to http://sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/S...Calculator.htm

to calculate your new Azimuth, Elevation, and "LNBF Tilt" for Galaxy 10R at 123 degrees West.

Your LNBF tilt and focal distance are very important to get a crystal clear signal. That is assuming your dish is in perfect condition.
