    Are 2 Phoenix Channels still available on FTA?

    They are my favorite chinese channels and I wonder if they are still available on FTA.

    YES and NO

    It is no longer on IA5 (97W), but it is on G3C (95W). However, the video and regular audio is scrambled, but the AC3 audio is NOT scrambled and can be heard if you have your receiver hook-up to your stereo.

    Does this make sense?

    So, basically, it's a "radio" channel. hehe.. d'oh! darn!
