This is interesting. The 2 Phoenix channels on G3C has both the regular audio and video scrambled, but I noticed they were also broadcasting in AC3. When I switched over to AC3, the audio became clear.
Note: If you want to pick this up, you need to rescan G3C in the "ALL" mode, not "FTA" . To switch to AC3, you need to press the "red" language bottom (on my Fortec remote). You also need to have a AC3 decoder (aka Dolby Digital stero) connected to your satellite receiver.
