Ah... that's cool.... as long as they keep Mac TV on G25, that'd be great! (heh)...

I wonder why they are "double" broadcasting on two sats... it would cost more money for them and the two sats are next to each other, not like they are on east or west coast for broader coverage, etc.. hmm... oh well...
    Fortec 80cm dish, Univ LNB.
    Fortec Classic NA
    Captiveworks 600S Premium.

Well, I agree and it makes more sense to move all the Chinese FTA channels to G3C. One dish solution. However, for those of you who have a stationary dish aimed at G25, but want to be able to watch the channels on G3C as well, I recommend installing a motor to the dish. That will give you more channels for a minimum investment.

Right now we have a sale on our Satcontrol SM3D22 motor for $69 plus s/h. You can't beat that.

I suggest to my friends to get a motor, but the main reason they tell why they don't is that it is too much trouble re-acquiring the signal. One friend took 3 months, every day after work to get back G3C since he did not have a meter. How about throwing in a free meter to make it easier to people to install a motor.

The motor is pretty discounted as is. A meter (SF95) can be purchased for an additional $17

and besides a meter isn't that much help anyway except for peaking the signal. i prefer the receiver and a small tv at the dish to locate the sats.

I agree that the motor is a great price. Maybe you can a loaner meter, put a deposit down, get the meter, when they're done with it, send it back, and get a refund. My meter (the freebie I got when I brought the dish) is collecting dust. I was just brainstorming ideas to help you sell more motors.
