It works great, but you need an excellent broadband connection. When I say excellent, I mean at least 500 kbps upload for a decent picture. On LAN, the picture looks almost as good as a regular tv, but don't expect the same on the internet unless you have 1 mbps or more on your upload. Here's a link to test your speed:

Remember, you're looking at upload mainly not download because broadband is generally generous with the download speed.
