I also want to suggest to remove the bird's beak: it's very small (almost invisible), and as such small detail, may not be suitable for logo and will be hard to reproduce when imprinting.

No the peak is the feedhorn of the dish and the head of the bird. You have an image that creates two. A hawk and a sat dish.

I like the beak myself as it represents both the LNBF and the beak. But I am always open to suggestions.

By saying "remove the BEAK" I meant bird's BILL (small red triangle at the right of the [black]bird's head - I voted for #6). Do you call it "peak" also?
This little thing can stay of course  , but maybe hard to see anyway. Also, it's disproportional for hawk a little, more resembling a tucan...
