hat number 2 caught my eye wouldn't change the logo look's fine the way it is.

I don't like so much to wear anything with logos, so I would prefere small logos at least.
With the color, I like #3 and #1 (because blue on the back is matching with logo color)

#2 hat style is better than #3. Green on white is nice color too. As marketing tool, I would add a phone number or a web site address.
