To upload picture, it has to be hosted somewhere on the web. You could host your pictures on http://webshots.com/ or http://photos.yahoo.com/

Then, post your picture here by using the Img button when you click on "Newtopic" or "PostReply"

Yahoo or webshots don't let people use their link in other web sites. They don't want to loose advertisement and pop up pages :x
