Hello from Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Is there an EPG for 97W?

I just set up a 36" dish pointing at 97W primary to get Persian channels for a girlfriend and her family. I'm pretty amazed at what is actually out there "for free."

I installed the on the balcony of a 6th floor condo unit. I was having trouble aiming the dish and had to get someone to do it ..

A word of advice, from the 6th floor of a condo in Richmond Hill, Ontario .. I had to actually point the dish somewhat towards the ground (with the horizon in the distance) rather than up into the sky .... had I known that, probably could have aimed it myself ..

Is there anyway to get EPG information for 97W onto an STB? Is there a website or some other resource with this information?

I am from Ga. I joined because I have not yet enjoyed the free to air. Since I bought my set up; the FORTEC STAR 5900 with the SG-2100 motor, I am unable to get any signal quality. Signal strength is great but no quality. Could it be that my receiver needs updating since it was not connected in years?

I cannot obtain menu or any other option though control

Hi Sadoun

I am new and I have a problem. Hope you or someone from the forum can help.
I have a Pansat 3500S/SD and I downloaded a loader instead of the BIN program though the SD memory chip and after that the screen turned blue and froze. I cannot obtain menu or any other option though control. I use to have a computer with the ports in the back of my PC to connect the Pansat but now I do not have that computer. Is this the only way to get the pansat working. How do I get the menus working again?
I bought a USB RS232 SERIAL DB9 CABLE VISTA VIEWSAT PDA PANSAT GPS for my pansat 3500SD. I bought your cable adapter to transfer the program from the loader but it is not downloading. It
shows 0 %. I believe the ports are not communicating properly. I tried to install the drivers from your web site but it still does not work. What can I do

PLEASE HELP
Thank you

Just to say Hi...

Hi, my name is Mike I live in California this is my first FTA system.
I do have a couple of questions though.
I purchased a system, M-1-FTA Dynamic motorized. I have installed everything but my quick question is, does the receiver move the SG2100 motor or do I have to move it from inside the menu of the receiver?
I have looked at your little movies which helped, but it doesn't say whether I have to move the dish to find the entered satellite.
Also, how do I post a question, is there a place you go to post a question? This is the first time I've joined a forum so I really don't know how to type it in or where to type it in.
Anyway that's it. Please bare with me.

Thanks for your time.

Mike...
