How Do I Delete My Old Posts

This might sound a bit lame, but is there a trick to delete an old post I have placed? I am having a bit of trouble doing so, can some one please advise...

THANKS

Not sure about this new forum type but with the old forum only a moderator could actually delete a post. You could not delete posts -- not even your own. Try like rainman says; maybe you can. If not, PM a mod and they will delete them for you.

either I am blind or the option to delete is not enabled for regular users. When I click edit I get all kinds of editing options but canot completely delete the whole thread, or I am missing something.. can someone verify this? if not then,

Bobkat, can you kill this thread please?
