Ya.. - spelling is poor.. (English is 2nd language, etc after all)
So i guess when i said "Plato" originally .. i actually ment "plateau" .. and Sadoun just followed my example i guess ( copy/paste the name of my thread there ... and just changing 13000 to 14000) 
In any case i ment "a level of attainment or achievement"
(in Russia we have a word like that too) ;-)
