Hi All

I am writing to you from the Satellite Expo 2005. We are exhibiting at this show and just finished day 2. Our booth looks very nice and visitors gave us good comments about it.




We are introducing 3 new "upcoming" blind search DVB receivers from Fortec Star. An FTA, FTA+Ci, and FTA+Irdeto receivers. We will be posting the specs and pictures on our website soon.

At our booth, we are exhibiting two motorzied dishes (Stab HH120/100cm FS dish & a SM3D12/90CM dish combos). The 120Cm dish is also on display. The new Fortec Star 0.4 db Dual Universal LNBF.

We also exhibited the Sathawk 3000 and BIRDOG signal meters. In addition, we have a new 4-Way DiSEqC Switch with weather-proof plastic cover, several switches, splitters, tools, etc.

We have met the folks from Invacom and will be introducing their 0.3 db LNBF products on our website soon.

We are glad to see several of our customers stop by our booth.

Thanks to Satelliteguys.us and their internet cafe, we have wifi broadband internet access throughout the show hall. We will be posting some pictures today or tomorrow. =D>

Nice setup, was there much interest in the FTA gear compared to the commercial DIRECTV/Echostar & Internet offerings?

FTA is definitely going to explode over here and it's venues such as these that help with exposure.

There was a lot of interest in our motorized systems. Much more interest than a year or two ago.

The overall attendance at the show was very disappointing. We anticipated much bigger attendance, but it was very low. The organization of the booths and flow was fine.
