Lasik Eye Surgery. Anyone?

Hey

What is the Pros and Cons of Lasik eye surgery? I am thinking of doing one and just want to hear from people who did it.

Did your vision improve after the surgery?
Any side effects?
What about after 6months, 1 year, etc?
Any recommendations on selecting a Dr.?
