Earth tilt can it affect satellites?

I have seen some you tube videos claiming that the earth rotating axis is tilting. Wouldn't that affect TV satellites out of alignment?

What is your thoughts on that?

After Israel drops nuke on Iran will the earth rotate correctly? Will the wobble cause us to lose track of the satellites on the clarke belt.
