Birddog help

I have a birddog finder for couple months now..it has the latest SW the problem i am havin with it is... in 2-3 KU sats i have strong signal but the finder it doesnt show FOUND example Telstar 11 and 12 and AMC 4 any ideas? do i have to calibrate? How?

The s/w might need to be updated on the manufacturer's website. Also, make sure you are using the right LNBF with the BIRDOG.

They say thats lattest SW....and my sat list is for standard lnbs and that is what i use.....Is there any means of calibrating the unit?
