BIRDOG now supports UNIVERSAL lnbfs as well

BIRDOG will now support Universal and Standard type LNBFs. The data files have been updated. If you use UNIVERSAL LNBF, then you will need to select the satellite name with "U" beside it.

Update your meters if you install systems with UNIVERSAL LNBFs.
