Birdog 2.5 not taken

My Birdog 2.5 is not taken the new file I have created this time.
Last 2 weeks gave me a hard time to take the software to fix 61.5 sat (and it is still not fix). However, this time I see (Program mode) but it keep give me "Error - Act not receeived".

Please any one adivse.

Is it Data cable or Birdog itself.

Yep, that can do it.
Glad you got it working now. A meter is essential for any Installation job. Without it, the job becomes a hassle and too much time wasted.
