Birdogs web site aint there anymore (birdog.tv). Anyone know where to get sat files now?

Hi! bobkat, need your advice, I have a Birdog 2.50 that I just got from a friend and were trying to doanload from Horizon web page the sats, but when I am ready with "Program Mode" on the screen and intent to trasfer the data it always says Error-Ack not received, com port is the right one, cable is good (New) what do you recomend to do, there is any other support web site for this, I also wrote to Horizon few days ago, but did not succeed, no responce back.

your POST IS NOT CLEAR ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING. do YOU ALOW POPUPS ? when YOU GENERATE THE download is it on your desk top ? Do you open it there ? Did the transferee box appear . What happens when you hit transfer ?

transfer box come up,pop-ups are turned off,and loaded files into my documents still get this error.any clue help would greatfull,THANKS

Try re-installing the device drivers.You can get them on the Horizon website under utilities.
Err-Ack not received is usually a problem with the drivers where your PC operating system is not able to identify the device connected to the USB port !

I hope it should work !!
