Need help before I Buy Sat Finder !@!

Hi,
I am planning to buy a Satellite Finder and I have a few
questions and was wondering if someone can can please answer them before I buy !

1) I will need this in Pakistan and i am not sure if I will get a unit
Distributed by Perfect-10 Satellite Distributing, USA as its mentioned on the site it will be bricked if i upload the data from there site on the finder. Please advise where to buy

2) As i am in Pakistan I will need to config for mostly satellites that work in my part of the world how to tackle this one. Some examples are EUtelsat W6, NSS06, AM1 and AM22

3) If you think this product is not for me than can you suggest any others.
I hope that I you will help me to config for eutelsat and asiasats and I will hopefully be able to buy a unit with out any hassle
