New birdog 3.0 cannot show found on Echo 121w,need help

Canot found the Echostar 9 121w.
Receiver got strong S and Q. but birdog only show searching.... no found.
I have loaded the new configration file from birdog.tv.
try several Lnbs like Ku standard,Fortecstar univeral with the proper setting in birdog KV...,UH... no luck anyone can help me, Is the quality problem with Birdog?

97W(T5),95(G3c) can be found(T5 can be found with KH..,but cannot be found with KV...donot know why).

Me too have the same problem, I have email them 3 times got no respond.
Just use 110w to lock in 121w for now, it works for me. Hope it help

ditto.. 121 wil not lock on using a dish network fss lnb.. i just lock on the 110 and 119 then assumes the 121 is correct.
