I received this unit the other day. It has no manual, no warranty card, no manufacturer and no installation instructions. I need some information on the product to use it.

Hi Chris,

This is really a straight forward device:

• Insert a 9V battery in the compartment
• Plug in your headsets
• Turn Knob ON and adjust Squelch.
• Talk

If you have an ICOM handheld radio, you can

• plug in the intercom to it.
• Use the PTT button to talk into the radio.

Keep your receipt for the one year limited part replacement warranty.
Since the factory is in Korea, we will be happy to replace the device if it fails due to mfg defect during the warranty period.
