If you tried 11720 or 11800 they're gone

Equity Broadcasting (the owners of those channels) went belly up. Kaput. Bankrupt. Back in January. In April they sold off all their stations. Some to media conglomerates like Daystar. Some to banks. Some to local owners. All of these stations have other ways of broadcasting

Starting in May channels started leaving as the new owners took over. Some were lost in June due to the digital upgrade. Since Equity had no money to construct digital facilities they shut them down. Fox was lost in July when the new owner took over.

The rest have left within the last week or so. Yesterday 11720 transponder was shut off and today 11800 transponder was shut off

    They are gone now.

So there is the answer to "where did they go"

    SAD...I'm missing 11720V and 11800V

I lost my HH STAB Sat motor about 6 months ago. I would not buy one of these again. Lasted for about a year. The first signs that it was going out is when it wouldn't go East.

Anyhow, I said I'm not going to buy another motor. I'll just point it to my favorite SAT..the G10. 90cm Sadoun dish I bought about 2 yrs ago. I said, at least I'll have my RTN's and FOX channels etc. I just now read, from Iceberg's post that they are no longer.

Sad day for me as my RTN's are lost forever. I think they are on 89.0 SAT...but I cannot get anything east of 91.0. RIP G10R. Only one ABC channel with little else is not a good reason to put the dish fixed on it.
