Thai Movies

I'm trying to get information regarding the Thai Movie channels. Currently my dish is pointed at Galaxy 19 and we are getting a couple Thai channels. My wife wants to get the Thai movie channels that are offerec by IPTV, but we can't find out if they are on the satellite we are currently pointed at.

I've talked (with limited success) with the people at thaitv.tv and all I can get from them is that I need a subscription and they would send a box and smartcard.

We have a Fortec model receiver that I bought last year. I also need to know if I need to upgrade the receiver to get the channels.

Any help I get will be greatly appreciated.
