moroccan tv

is there any ways I can receive a moroccan tv either rtm or 2m ...i heard that peopes can get 2m on the satellite panamsat-1R plz let me know....thanks

Both Moroccan station Can't be receivedin The USA. 2M Maroc is on Pas 1 but it's beamed to Africa!
