Watching News from Lebanon, what system to buy?

Due to the unfortunate situation in Lebanon and Palestine, we are getting the same question from several callers about what satellite system they need to buy to watch the news.

There are two main options (depending on the channels you want to watch):

1- The Dish Network system (see D-4 here: http://sadoun.com/Sat/Order/Satellit...rk-Systems.htm)

With this system you can subscribe to the Arabic Elite Super Pack ($39.99/month + $6/month access fee plus tax) which includes the following news channels that are broadcasting news from Lebanon 24hrs per day: Al Jazeera, Al Arabia, New TV, NBN, LBC, and Future

2- The Free To Air System (see S-1 here: http://sadoun.com/Sat/Order/Satellit...TA-Systems.htm)

boroda1 is on a distinguished road
I just want to add, that almost every Dish(except Family pack) or DirecTV subscriver has a public interest channel, called LINK TV.
They show "news mosaic" from all over the region:
