I need to go from elevation 50.9, Azimuth 208.5, LNB skew 24.3 to eleva 24.4, Azimuth 208.5 & LNB skew -53.3 . if I'm facing my dish which way to turn the dish for Azimuth from 208.5 to 111.7 to the right or left. please let me know.

You need to turn it towards the EAST. So if you are facing it (i.e. the LNBF is between you and the dish), then turn it to the right of you.

use your compass to get close then just adjust dish east and west in small movements to you get a quality lock on the sat.

sounds good i came up with 24.4 so 24.5 is close enough to fine tune from.
